Rules of behavior on the ski slope

Respect others

Be aware of the overall situation on the ski resort and the number of skiers in your vicinity. Do not endanger yourself or others with your behavior on the trail and your equipment.

Adjust the speed

Adjust the speed, direction of movement and way of skiing to your knowledge and skills, weather and other conditions on the terrain. If the user rides a board or skis on a track that does not correspond to his knowledge of riding technique, he does so at his own risk.

Choice of movement path

If you are skiing behind someone, it is your responsibility to choose a path so that you do not endanger the skiers in front of you. Due to the specific way of riding on the board and the reduced angle of visibility, boarders must check their left and right space at every change of direction.

Overtaking

You can overtake participants on the track from the left and right, but always at a distance that leaves enough space for the person you are passing to move, including changing the direction of movement.

At the crossing of paths and when leaving

A skier who enters the piste or has stopped on the piste and then resumes riding must first look up and down the piste to make sure that his movement does not endanger himself or others.

Stopping

Avoid stopping on unclear and narrow sections of the track. In the event of a fall, take cover as soon as possible, because in such a place you pose a danger to yourself and others.

Climbing and descending on foot

When climbing or descending a trail on foot, use only the edge of the trail, taking care that you and the equipment you are carrying do not pose a danger to others.

Compliance with marking and signaling information

Respect the signs, signaling and warnings on the trail. Take care of information, weather conditions, trail and snow conditions.

Providing assistance

Offer and provide assistance in case of injury to another skier. Inform the competent authorities (GSS, ski patrols, cable car workers) about the accident. Any person who is a witness or a participant in an accident must help by giving an alarm.

Identification

Anyone who is a witness or participant in an accident is obliged to show their identity card or appropriate identification document at the request of the competent authority.

Snowmobiles

The use of snowmobiles is strictly prohibited on the ski resort, except for official purposes.

Use of a safety helmet

The use of a protective helmet is mandatory for children under the age of 14, and it is also recommended for other skiers and boarders.

Skiing outside the ski resort area

Skiing outside the ski resort zone and on ungroomed terrain is at your own risk and will result in the confiscation of your ski pass.

The rules also apply to snowboarders

The basic FIS rules and signage on the ski resort that apply to skiers also apply to boarders.

The user of the ski area may not use

The user of the ski area may not use the ski area if he is under the influence of alcohol, drugs or some psychoactive drug, i.e. substances that negatively affect his abilities.
